How we work
A clear, fixed-fee process from first enquiry to approved drawings.
1. Enquiry
Use the contact form or email us with the property address and what you would like to build. We check the planning constraints and reply with a written fixed-fee quote.
2. Survey visit
We visit to measure the property and discuss your brief in detail. Existing drawings are prepared from the survey.
3. Proposed design
We issue proposed drawings for your comments and revise them until you are happy. Revisions within the agreed scope are included.
4. Submission
We submit the application to the council, building control or the water company and monitor it, responding to any questions from the case officer.
5. Decision
You receive the decision notice or approval. If changes are needed we advise on the best route forward.
6. Construction support
We can issue tender drawings, answer your builder’s questions and prepare any additional details required on site.
