About North Home Design
An architectural design practice preparing planning, Building Regulations and survey drawings for residential and small commercial projects across England and Wales.
North Home Design Ltd is a UK-registered company in the design and construction sector. We work with homeowners, landlords, developers and builders who need drawings that get approved and that a builder can actually build from.
Every project is survey-led: we measure the existing building properly before we design, so that the proposed drawings are accurate, the planning application is validated first time and the Building Regulations package reflects real site conditions.
We keep the process simple. One point of contact, a fixed fee agreed in writing, and drawings prepared to the specific requirements of the council or building control body dealing with your application.
Our services
- Planning drawings – householder, full and lawful development applications
- Building Regulations drawings – full plans packages and specifications
- Measured surveys – existing plans, elevations and sections in DWG and PDF
- Build over / near agreements – water company consent for building near public sewers
SURWAY
We also run SURWAY, a measured survey marketplace that connects property owners with local surveyors and sells ready-made survey data for UK addresses.
